Terms of Use

These Terms of Use form a binding agreement between you and Mirhify (“we,” “us,” “our”), and govern your access to and use of mirhify.com, along with any related apps or media connected to it (together, the “Site”). By using the Site, you’re confirming that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to everything below.

We may update these Terms from time to time, and we’ll reflect that by updating the “Last updated” date above. We won’t send an individual notice for every change, so it’s worth checking back occasionally. Continuing to use Mirhify after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

The Site isn’t tailored to comply with region- or industry-specific regulations (such as HIPAA or GLBA in the US), so if your use of the Site would be subject to those laws, you shouldn’t use it for that purpose. Minors (generally under 18, depending on your local jurisdiction) may only use the Site with a parent or guardian’s permission and supervision.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

Everything on the Site, source code, design, text, graphics, photos, video, software, and the underlying databases, along with our trademarks and logos, belongs to us or is licensed to us, and is protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This content is made available strictly for your personal, non-commercial use.

As long as you’re eligible to use the Site, we grant you a limited license to access it and download or print portions of the content for personal use only. You may not copy, republish, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any part of the Site commercially without our prior written permission. Every right we haven’t explicitly granted you here, we retain.

2. User Representations

By using the Site, you confirm that:

• Any registration details you provide are accurate, current, and complete, and you’ll keep them updated.
• You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms and will comply with them.
• You aren’t a minor in your jurisdiction, or if you are, you have parental consent to use the Site.
• You won’t access the Site through bots, scripts, or other automated means.
• You won’t use the Site for anything illegal or unauthorized.
• Your use of the Site won’t break any applicable law or regulation.

If any information you give us turns out to be false or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your account and restrict your access to the Site.

3. User Registration

You may need to register to use certain parts of the Site. You’re responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. We may remove or change a username at our discretion if we consider it inappropriate or objectionable.

4. Prohibited Activities

The Site is made available for a specific purpose, and it may not be used for commercial ventures we haven’t approved. As a user, you agree not to:

• Scrape or systematically collect data from the Site to build a competing database or directory.
• Attempt to trick, defraud, or mislead us or other users, including phishing for account credentials.
• Disable or interfere with any security features of the Site.
• Harm, harass, or disparage us, the Site, or other users.
• Misuse our support channels or file false abuse reports.
• Use the Site in a way that breaks applicable laws or regulations.
• Frame or link to the Site without authorization.
• Upload viruses, malware, or content that disrupts the Site’s normal operation.
• Use bots, scripts, or data-mining tools to interact with or extract content from the Site.
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices from any content.
• Impersonate another user or person.
• Deploy spyware, tracking pixels, or similar passive data-collection tools through the Site.
• Overburden or disrupt the Site’s infrastructure or connected networks.
• Threaten or harass our staff or representatives.
• Try to bypass access restrictions we’ve put in place.
• Copy, adapt, decompile, or reverse-engineer any of the Site’s underlying code.
• Run scrapers, spiders, or other unauthorized automated tools against the Site.
• Use a purchasing agent to transact on the Site on your behalf.
• Harvest usernames or email addresses for unsolicited messaging, or create accounts through automated means.
• Use the Site to build a competing product or for any unrelated revenue-generating purpose.

5. User Contributions

The Site doesn’t currently offer general content submission, but where we do give you the option to post comments, reviews, or similar material (“Contributions”), you confirm that your Contributions:

• Don’t infringe anyone else’s copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights.
• Are either created by you, or you have the rights and permissions to share them.
• Don’t include the likeness of any identifiable person without their consent.
• Are honest, not misleading, and not spam, chain letters, or unsolicited advertising.
• Aren’t obscene, violent, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Don’t mock, threaten, or promote violence against any person or group.
• Comply with applicable laws, including those protecting minors and personal privacy.
• Don’t contain offensive references to race, origin, gender, orientation, or disability.

Violating any of the above may result in the removal of your Contributions and/or suspension of your account.

6. Contribution License

We handle any personal data you share with us in line with our Privacy Policy. If you send us suggestions or feedback about the Site, you agree we can use it freely, without any obligation to compensate you.

We don’t claim ownership of your Contributions, you keep full rights to what you create. That said, you’re solely responsible for your own Contributions, and you agree not to hold us liable for anything you post.

7. Guidelines for Reviews

If we allow you to leave reviews or ratings on the Site, your review should:

• Reflect a genuine, firsthand experience.
• Be free of profanity, hate speech, or abusive language.
• Avoid discriminatory remarks based on religion, race, gender, age, orientation, or disability.
• Not reference or promote illegal activity.
• Not come from someone affiliated with a competitor posting negatively.
• Avoid drawing legal conclusions about anyone’s conduct.
• Be truthful, not misleading or organized as part of a coordinated review campaign.

We may accept, reject, or remove reviews at our discretion, and we’re not obligated to screen them. Reviews reflect the views of their authors, not ours. By submitting a review, you grant us a broad, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the Site.

8. Mobile Application License

If you access Mirhify through a mobile app, we grant you a limited, non-transferable license to install and use it on your own devices. You agree not to reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works from the app; use it for any commercial or revenue-generating purpose it wasn’t built for; make it accessible to multiple users or devices simultaneously; build a competing product from it; or use it to send unsolicited messages or automated queries. You also agree not to remove any proprietary notices from the app.

9. Social Media

You may be able to connect a third-party account (like a social media profile) to your Mirhify account. If you do, you confirm you’re authorized to share that account’s login details or grant us access to it, and that doing so won’t breach any terms you’ve agreed to with that third-party provider. We may access and display content from your linked account through the Site. Your relationship with that third-party provider remains governed entirely by your own agreement with them, we’re not responsible for their content or practices. You can disconnect a linked account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

10. Submissions

Any ideas, feedback, or suggestions you send us about the Site are considered non-confidential and become our property. We may use them for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without owing you credit or compensation.

11. Third-Party Websites and Content

The Site may link to other websites or display third-party content, including the store and merchant pages we link out to for coupons and deals. We don’t review, monitor, or endorse this third-party content, and we’re not responsible for its accuracy or for anything that happens on those external sites. Purchases you make through a third-party website are strictly between you and that merchant. If you choose to leave Mirhify and visit a linked site, these Terms no longer apply, you should check that site’s own policies.

12. Advertisers

We provide space on the Site for advertisers to display ads and offers. Advertisers are fully responsible for the accuracy and legality of their own ads and the products or services they promote. We simply provide the placement, we don’t have any further relationship with advertisers beyond that.

13. Site Management

We reserve the right, though we’re not obligated, to monitor the Site for violations of these Terms, take legal action against anyone who breaks the law or these Terms, restrict or remove content at our discretion, and otherwise manage the Site to keep it running smoothly and protect our rights.

14. Privacy Policy

We care about how your data is handled. Please review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you’re accessing the Site from outside the region where it’s hosted, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in that location.

15. Term and Termination

These Terms stay in effect for as long as you use the Site. We may deny access to, suspend, or terminate any account at our discretion, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms, without prior notice. If your account is terminated, you may not create a new one under your name, a false identity, or someone else’s name.

16. Modifications and Interruptions

We may change, update, or remove any part of the Site at any time, without notice, and we’re not obligated to keep any particular feature or information available. We can’t guarantee the Site will always be accessible, downtime may occur for maintenance or technical reasons, and we won’t be liable for any inconvenience this causes.

17. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws applicable in our place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

18. Dispute Resolution

Binding Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, as detailed in our arbitration agreement, except where prohibited by law.

Restrictions

Disputes will be handled individually. Arbitration proceedings won’t be combined with other cases, and there’s no right to bring or participate in a class action or representative claim.

Exceptions to Arbitration

Disputes involving intellectual property rights, theft, privacy violations, unauthorized use, or claims for injunctive relief are not subject to mandatory arbitration and may be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction instead.

19. Corrections

The Site may occasionally contain typos or inaccurate information, including in coupon details, pricing, or availability. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time, without prior notice.

20. Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, about the Site’s accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We’re not responsible for errors in content, any harm resulting from your use of the Site, unauthorized access to our servers, interruptions in service, viruses transmitted through the Site, or issues with products or services offered by third parties advertised on the Site. As always, use your own judgment when engaging with any offer, discount, or third-party link found here.

21. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we and our team won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. Where the law doesn’t allow such limitations, some of these exclusions may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights under your local law.

22. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold us, and our team, harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of another party’s rights.

23. User Data

We maintain certain data related to your use of the Site to help it run properly. While we perform routine backups, you’re responsible for any data you transmit through the Site, and we’re not liable for any loss or corruption of that data.

24. Electronic Communications, Transactions, and Signatures

Using the Site, emailing us, or filling out online forms counts as electronic communication. By using Mirhify, you consent to receive communications electronically and agree that this satisfies any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.

25. California Users and Residents

26. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with any policies we post on the Site, make up the entire agreement between you and us. If we don’t enforce a particular right or provision, that’s not a waiver of it. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may assign our rights under these Terms at any time. Nothing here creates a partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and us.
